This Reserve Riesling is sourced from a single vineyard in Watervale. Hand-harvested at peak ripeness, the fruit was pressed immediately, and a portion of light pressings was blended in to add depth while maintaining finesse. Fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by careful aging before release. With exceptional cellaring potential, this Riesling will reward patience—drink now for its precision or cellar for 15+ years to see it evolve.
