‘Handago’ means Handa area/village/city where Kunizakari has been located since 1844.

100% regional Sake specific rice Wakamizu is used for this Sake.

Rice is polished slowly to 55% remaining ratio and fermented at low temperature, taking time to complete its fermentation.

Food Suggestion:

Grilled fish, chicken wings, cheese dishes.
