Domaine de Coyeaux Muscat de Beaumes de Venise Solera NV 375ml
The Wine
This luscious dessert wine is crafted from Muscat grapes and fortified with grape spirit to stop fermentation before all the sugar is consumed, creating a sweet and refreshing drink. It bursts with floral and fruity aromas of white peach, apricot, and a hint of honeysuckle. The rich flavors of stone fruits and honey are balanced by fresh acidity, keeping the sweetness from becoming overwhelming. Serve it chilled for an ideal pairing with blue cheese or fruit-based desserts.

About the Wine Maker
Château Coutet, a Premier Cru Classé (French: First Growth) sweet wine, hails from the Sauternes-Barsac appellation in Barsac, situated in the southern region of Bordeaux's vineyards in France. As one of the oldest vineyards producing Sauternes, Château Coutet is nestled between the Garonne and Ciron rivers, enjoying a microclimate with autumn mists that are essential for the development of Botrytis cinerea. The vineyard spans 38 hectares, planted with 75% Sémillon, 23% Sauvignon Blanc, and 2% Muscadelle grape varieties.
