Made with 90% Sangiovese and 10% Colorino from the famed Tuscan region of Chianti, the Famiglia Cecchi estate boasts a rich legacy of excellence spanning four generations of winemakers across Italy. This wine offers inviting aromas of red fruit and gentle spice, beautifully layered with mineral notes for a full, intense profile that strikes an excellent balance between sweetness and structure. Based in Castellina in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Classico, the prestigious Tuscan winery celebrates 130 years of honoring tradition and terroir, with a steadfast commitment to preserving heritage, expertise, and sustainability. Over the years, they’ve invested in key appellations in Tuscany and Umbria, crafting their own estate wines. Today, their portfolio includes five estates: Villa Cerna and Villa Rosa in Chianti Classico, Val delle Rose in Maremma Toscana, Tenuta Alzatura in Montefalco (Umbria), and an estate in Montalcino (Siena) dedicated to producing Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino.
