The 2022 is a classic Grasshopper Rock Pinot Noir with silky tannins, elegance, and layers of complexity built on a strong backbone. Dark purple with garnet highlights, it’s perfumed with violets, blackberries, strawberries, hints of spice, chocolate, and dried herbs. The palate opens smoothly with dark plum, dark cherry, floral notes, and a touch of forest floor. Concentrated and complex, it shows good minerality, fine-grained tannins, and a persistent finish, all supported by a firm acid backbone that blends beautifully with the dark fruit profile.
