Tiefenbrunner Merus Pinot Grigio 2024
The Wine
This Pinot Grigio is bright and expressive, with fresh aromas of citrus fruits like lemon and lime, alongside hints of green apple, pear, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and refreshing, with a balanced acidity that gives it structure and length. The wine's smooth texture and clean finish are accompanied by a delicate minerality that is a hallmark of the Alto Adige region.

Their vineyards lie on the steep slopes of the region, one in particular, the Feldmarschell von Fenner Muller Thurgau is at 1000 metres above sea-level, and is trellised with the local pergola and wine frame methods. The winery is located in Entiklar, a hamlet of Kurtatsch and the estate consistently wins many awards in Italy’s most famous wine guide, the “Gambero Rosso”.
